Returns policy

We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your bikini. The item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements. Only regular priced items may be refunded. 

VeCo Swim offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns can be sent to our Returns Warehouse based in Australia.

You will be responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouses. In the event of a refund, taxes are fully refundable excluding orders over the value of AUD$1,000. Duties are not refundable.

Request a return

We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your bikini.

To initiate a return, simply fill out the Returns Form on our website using the e-mail address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once your RA Number is assigned, the product must be received back by VeCo Swim within 14 days.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

VeCo Swim cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

Faulty items

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@vecoswim.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
